2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through my Payhip store. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

3. Product Information

I sell digital products such as audio samples, Ableton racks, presets, templates, and similar downloadable content. All products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase.

4. License

With your purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own private or commercial music projects (unless otherwise specified).
You are not allowed to resell, share, or redistribute the files or parts of them in any form.

5. Delivery

Delivery is instant and digital after payment via Payhip.
If you experience any issues with the download or file access, please contact me via the contact form on my shop page or by email.

6. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the products and instant access upon purchase, there is no right of withdrawal or refund after the download starts.
By completing the purchase, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

7. Support & Customer Satisfaction

If you’re unhappy with a product or run into problems, please contact me first. I aim to offer a fair and helpful resolution in every case.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Jurisdiction lies, where legally permitted, with the provider’s place of business.
