Hi, I’m Olean — a house music producer, DJ, and educator originally from Hamburg, now based in Valencia, Spain.
I create deep, groove-heavy house music rooted in the sounds of classic Chicago, New York, UK garage, and the early European underground. Through my platform Olean’s House, I share hands-on tutorials, arrangement tips, and production tools aimed at producers who want to bring more soul, rhythm, and intention into their tracks.
My approach is practical and musical. Whether it’s crafting chord stabs, building tight drumgrooves, or fine tuning transients for that raw analog feel, I’m always chasing the balance between simplicity and depth — the kind of house that moves both the floor and the head.
When I’m not in the studio or recording content, you’ll find me digging for vinyl, refining sample packs, or playing out around Valencia and beyond. I also reléase MIDI tools, Ableton templates, and original projects that help producers shape their sound without getting lost in technical noise.
