Licensee: Any person or entity who purchases, downloads, or uses the Samples provided by the Licensor
1. Grant of License
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the audio samples (“Samples”) made available by the Licensor.
The Licensee may use the Samples in the creation of new musical works, soundtracks, podcasts, videos, games, or other audio/visual projects. This includes both personal and commercial uses, without the need to pay additional fees or royalties.
2. Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
- Sell, share, or distribute the Samples in their original form, either individually or as part of another sound library, sample pack, or similar product.
- Claim ownership of the Samples themselves, whether modified or unmodified.
- Use the Samples in a way where they can be extracted or used by others in isolation (for example, redistributing the raw files).
3. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:
- Modify, edit, combine, or process the Samples in any way.
- Incorporate the Samples into original works such as songs, productions, films, or other media.
- Release, distribute, and monetize projects that include the Samples as part of a larger creative work.
4. Ownership
All rights to the Samples remain the sole property of the Licensor. The Licensee is granted usage rights under this Agreement but does not acquire ownership of the Samples themselves.
5. Term and Termination
This license is granted for an indefinite term and does not expire. However, if the Licensee breaches the terms of this Agreement, the license will automatically terminate, and the Licensee must cease use of the Samples.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The Samples are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Samples.
